President, Dale Cannon, called the meeting to order at 8:04 PM.  Minutes read and approved.

OLD BUSINESS
Jim Rockwell Stadium update - The concrete pad has been poured and the heating units are back in place. Need to get these connected, some door work completed, the outside siding finished and be able to work inside during the winter. Can still use more help.

NEW BUSINESS
The winners from the October 200 Club drawing were announced. The next drawing will be held November 15, 2003.

Discussed ways of getting more participation and representatives from each sport at the meetings.  We still have the basket that was purchased at last year's Toys for Tots Auction to be chanced off. Coach Hammond made a motion, seconded by Robbie Reed to make a purchase at this years auction with a $300 limit. Kenny Halsey will do the bidding.

Next Meeting to be held on Monday, December 1, 2003.
